Drawing on the richness of its milk ("the white gold of Normandy)", Isigny Sainte-Mère produces butters, creams and cheeses that are distinguished by their unique flavours, cementing its worldwide reputation. Collected within a maximum 50 km radius of the Cooperative, the milk is delivered within 48 hours to the Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative to preserve all its qualities.
